3. Account & Wallet

To use certain features, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activity that occurs through your connected wallet
• Ensuring you have sufficient funds for transactions, including gas fees

4. NFT Transactions

The Platform facilitates the buying, selling, and trading of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). You acknowledge and agree that:

• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed
• We do not have custody of your NFTs or cryptocurrency at any time
• Prices are determined by sellers and market dynamics
• Gas fees and network transaction costs are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee the value, authenticity, or legality of any NFT listed on the Platform

5. Fiat Payments

Where available, the Platform may offer fiat currency payment options through third-party payment processors (e.g., Wert.io). These transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment services.

6. Intellectual Property

Purchasing an NFT does not grant you intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork unless explicitly stated by the creator. Each NFT's intellectual property terms are determined by its creator. The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by AURACRAFT EVENTS LTD.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• List stolen, plagiarised, or fraudulent NFTs
• Manipulate marketplace prices through wash trading or other deceptive practices
• Use automated bots to interfere with the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

8. Fees

The Platform may charge fees on transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before a transaction is confirmed. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. NFT values can fluctuate significantly, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of digital asset markets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURACRAFT EVENTS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
