1. Blockchain Transactions

All transactions conducted on the blockchain are final and irreversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain network, it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology and not a limitation imposed by Arty World.

2. NFT Purchases

Due to the nature of digital assets and blockchain technology:

• NFT purchases made through cryptocurrency are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
• Gas fees paid for transactions are non-refundable regardless of the transaction outcome
• We cannot reverse or modify confirmed blockchain transactions

3. Fiat/Card Payments

• Refund eligibility is subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions
• If a fiat transaction fails before the blockchain transaction is completed, the payment will be automatically refunded by the payment processor
• Chargebacks on completed NFT purchases may result in account suspension

4. Listing Cancellation

Sellers may cancel their active listings at any time before a buyer completes the purchase. Cancelling a listing may incur a gas fee. Once a purchase transaction is initiated and confirmed, the listing cannot be cancelled.

5. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to network issues, insufficient gas, or smart contract errors, no transfer of assets occurs. The gas fee spent on the failed transaction is non-refundable as it is consumed by the blockchain network.

6. Disputes

If you believe a transaction was made in error or you have been the victim of fraud:

• Contact us immediately at hello@artyworld.art
• Provide your wallet address, transaction hash, and a description of the issue
• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
• While we cannot reverse blockchain transactions, we can assist with disputes related to platform functionality

7. Fraudulent or Infringing Content

If an NFT is found to contain fraudulent, plagiarised, or infringing content after purchase, we may delist the item from the Platform. However, we cannot reverse the blockchain transaction. Buyers should exercise due diligence before purchasing.
