NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. It's a unique digital asset stored on a blockchain that represents ownership of a specific item — in our case, digital artwork. Unlike cryptocurrency, each NFT is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged on a like-for-like basis.
To buy an NFT, you need to: 1) Connect a compatible wallet (like MetaMask) by clicking 'Connect Wallet' in the top right, 2) Browse our collections and find an NFT you like, 3) Click 'Buy Now' and confirm the transaction in your wallet. You'll need to have enough cryptocurrency (ETH) to cover the NFT price plus gas fees.
Arty World supports most popular Ethereum-compatible wallets including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, and many more. We recommend MetaMask for beginners as it's the most widely used and well-documented.
Gas fees are small transaction costs paid to the blockchain network (not to Arty World) to process your transaction. These fees vary based on network congestion. They are required for every blockchain transaction, including buying, selling, and listing NFTs.
Yes! Where available, we offer card payment options through our payment partner Wert.io. This allows you to purchase NFTs using traditional payment methods without needing to own cryptocurrency first. Simply click 'Pay with Card' on any NFT listing.
Arty World is a multi-chain marketplace supporting Ethereum, Polygon, and Avalanche. Each collection specifies which chain it's deployed on. Make sure your wallet is connected to the correct network before making a purchase.
To sell an NFT: 1) Go to your Profile, 2) Select the NFT you want to sell, 3) Click 'Create Listing', 4) Set your price and currency, 5) Confirm the listing transaction in your wallet. Your NFT will then appear for sale on the marketplace.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by nature. Once a purchase is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be refunded or reversed. Please review our Refund Policy for full details. We encourage buyers to carefully review NFTs before purchasing.
